• How to keep me
Store chilled in ice or refrigerator (0-5C). Consume within 2-3 days. Do not freeze.
• Recommended Cooking
Easy meal to prepare. Check if any remaining bones, running finger along the middle of the fillet, and remove with tweezers. Recommend lightly cooking – shallow pan-fry in butter. Optionally roast on low heat or bake fillets skin-side down in oven after rubbing with a little olive oil and sprinkling with salt and pepper.
