A We have home delivery, 1 Hour Delivery, Click & Collect at store, and Click & Collect at BTS Skybox
Q Is there any delivery fee?
A For home delivery, the delivery fee is free of charge for all orders at 1,500 Baht or more per receipt. For orders value lesser than 1,500 Baht, delivery fee is 100 Baht per order For 1 Hour Delivery, the fee varies base on your home location. Minimum rate is 150 Baht and maximum is 300 Baht per order, no minimum requirement.
Q Do you deliver to my home?
A Yes, we deliver to your door step! We deliver to most of places in Thailand and whole Bangkok. Please check our service area here for more information on delivery area.
Q What are the delivery rounds?
A Same Day Delivery service is available to all our delivery area, on when order is made before 13:00 o’clock. After, orders will be delivered the next day or appointment date can be made within 7 days of ordering. Delivery time slots are as follow: - Extra Round* 10:00 – 12:00 (available in specific location) - Round 1 12:00 – 15:30 - Round 2 15:30 – 19:30 - Round 3 19:30 – 21:30 Upon placing your order, you will receive an automate confirmation email. A separate confirmation will be sent when your order has been dispatched out for delivery. *Extra Round is only available in some areas.
Q What time will I receive my delivery?
A You will receive your order within the window period selected during placing order. Our home delivery staff will call you around 15-30 minutes before arriving at your location.
Q Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?
A You do not need to be home to receive your delivery, however you can: - Indicate who will be the receiver on your behalf at the “Remark” field before checking out your order. - Inform the staff who made the phone call to your prior to the delivery and advise who will be the recipient. *Important: If you have entered discount coupon at check out, please present the coupon card to the delivery staff in order to make it valid.
Q Delivery to Buildings (Office, Hotel, Condo and Apartment)
A Tops online commits to make delivery to your doorstep including in office buildings, hotels, residential condos and apartments. However, in some cases where the building security do not allow our delivery trucks or staff to elevate up, we will need to make the delivery at the concierge or the building lobby instead.
Q My home is not in the service area, what do I do?
A We are working hard to extend our delivery area. However, if you are not in the service area, please contact us to send your feedback.
Q What are the payment options?
A You can pay with Credit Card online, Cash On Delivery, or Credit Card On Delivery (which includes Samsung Pay)
Q I got an e-coupon code, how do I use it?
A At checkout, please key in your e-coupon code and click check to validate.
Q If I pay by credit card online, and I don’t like some of the items I receive, how do I refund/return some items?
A When you make payment by credit card online, Tops online system merely pre-authorize or book the amount in your credit. If you receive your order and find products you wish to reject receiving, please return the products to the delivery man. Your transaction will be re-calculated and settled with the adjusted amount at the end of the day.

A Yes, please go to “Account Overview” to provide your information. And when check out, do not forget to select “yes” to “Full Tax invoice require” option
Q I see Buy 1 Get 1 promotion, will I get the free item at delivery?
A For Buy 1 Get 1 promotion, you can add 2 items at once. The price for the second unit will automatically be zero baht. Same goes to Buy 2 Get 1 and Buy 3 Get 1
Q I enter coupon code but the web says it is invalid. What happened?

Q Is there any terms or condition for promotion?

Price 60 Baht Red Wine Price 700 Baht Wheat Flour Red Hot Price 200 Baht Yoghurt Price 100 Baht Total cart amount would be 1,060 Baht, but the eligible amount to apply coupon is 60 + 200 + 100 = 360 Baht Red Wine's price will not be included since it is an excluded item from promotional campaign. • Multiple coupons may be applied as long as total threshold meets with all that required by each coupon's terms and conditions. That is, a coupon for 'Free 200 when shop 2,000' may be used together with 'Free 100 when shop 1,000' and the threshold must be 2,000 + 1,000 = 3,000 Baht.
