Ingredients

1. All-purpose flour 250 g.

2. Corn starch 2 tsp

3. Baking soda 1 tsp

4. Chocolate chips 225 g.

5. Granulated sugar 50 g.

6. Brown sugar 150 g.

7. Unsalted butter 170 g.

8. 1 Egg

9. Vanilla flavor 2 tsp

10. Salt ½ tsp

Instructions

1. Add unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar to a mixing bowl, beat the mixture using electric whisk at medium speed for 2 minutes or until the mixture become smooth. Add egg and vanilla flavor to the mixture, combine using spatula, then set aside.

2. Prepare another mixing bowl, pour all-purpose flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt into mixing bowl, and combine until blended. Add flour mixture to butter mixture, use an electric whisk at low speed to combine until the mixture becomes slightly thick and creamy, add chocolate chips and combine the mixture one more time.

3. Wrap the container with plastic food wrapper, and put in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to let the batter set and well-blended.

4. After 1 hour, remove the dough from the refrigerator and leave it at room temperature for 10 more minutes. Preheat the oven at 180-degree Celsius. Then, lay the baking sheet on the baking tray to get ready for baking.

5. Unwrap plastic food wrapper from the container, thresh the dough again to make sure the dough sticks together, scoop up cookie dough and place it on the baking tray. Make sure they’re 3-inch apart.

6. After laying cookie dough on the baking tray as much as you like, bake in the oven for 11-12 minutes or until done and turns golden brown. Remove the tray from the oven and set aside for 5 minutes to let cool.

7. Place chocolate chips and soft cookies on a cooling rack to let cool. Serve cookies on the plates with milk to enhance the delightful flavor.
