Jindi Camembert Cheese Jindi Camembert is a rich creamy cheese made from full-cream milk. Beneath its white mould lies a luxurious oozy interior which may have a chalky heart but is considered ripe when if pressed has a slight level of resistance. Its firm texture ensures it looks great for extended periods.
