Q Where is my account detail?
A Your Tops online member account can be view at ‘Account’ menu at the right pane. However, please note that in Tops online you can view information but cannot make any changes to The 1 member detail.
Select ‘Personal details’
The menu shows your full name, The 1 number, contact number registered with The 1 and email address given at registration.
Q Can I edit my personal detail
A You can make changes to all of your delivery and contact information. However, you cannot edit your The 1 registration detail. To request the changes, please contact 02-660-1000 or visit The 1 Card website
To make changes to your contact and delivery information, click ‘Delivery’ menu.
You will see your default delivery address. You can click ‘Change address’ to edit.
Here you can make changes to any of your delivery addresses or create a new one. The default address will be in green frame.
Q Can I change my account information?
A Absolutely, please go to the account menu in your activity bar to access your account detail.
Q How to edit my The 1 data?
A Please visit The 1 website and follow the instructions.
Q Can Tos online issue Tax Invoice?
A Yes, please go to 'Account' menu to provide your information. And when check out, do not forget to select 'yes' to 'Full Tax Invoice Required' option
Select Tax Invoice Information
In the section "New Tax Invoice information" please fill in your detail and click 'confirm'
When checkout, do not forget to check 'Full Tax Invoice Required"
