"Put-sa Nom Ban Phon" (Nom Ban Phon Jujube) refers to a type of jujube fruit that is round or oval in shape. Its skin is green or light green, with a thin peel and a deep indentation at the stem end. The flesh is fine, white, juicy, and crisp with a sweet taste. This fruit is grown and produced in the districts of Kam Muang and Sam Chai Chai in Kalasin Province, Thailand, using milk-based fertilizer and netting for protection. The Department of Intellectual Property has granted it a Geographical Indication (GI) certification.
