Red Pesto Prawn Spaghetti
Ingredients
• Spaghetti N°3 80 g.
• Agnesi Pesto Rosso 80 g.
• Prawn 8
• Anchovy 2
• Cherry Tomato 6
• Dill ½ cup
• Garlic for serving
• Salt
How to cook
1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente and set aside.
2. Spoon some oil out of pesto. Saute prawn with pesto oil until cooked through. Add chopped anchovy, pasta, pesto rosso and a tablespoon of pasta water.
3. Add halved cherry tomatoes and dill. Toss to combine.
4. Garnish thinly sliced garlic and serve.
