Tops Brand Steamed Jasmine Rice 1 cup
Lemon grass (Sliced) 2 tbsp
Kaffir Leaves (Thinly Sliced) 2 tbsp
Thai Chilis (Thinly Sliced) 1 tbsp
Stringing Beans
(Thinly Sliced)
2 tbsp
Carrots (Grated) 1/4 cup
Bean Sprouts
(Root Removed)
1/4 cup
Pomelo Fruit 1/4 cup
Ground Dried Shrimp 2 tbsp
     
Dressing
Roasted Chili Paste 3 tbsp
Fish Sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Tamarind Juice 1/4 cup


Budget 1 recipe : 105 Baht
Cooking time : 45 minutes


Healthy Tips :
  • Lemon grass helps reduce gas in the stomach. It can also eliminate fish & meat odors.
  • Kaffir leaves help reduce gas, stomach cramps, and light-headed. Kaffir lime juice can also help prevent gum bleeding.
 
Preparation (Serves 2)


  1. To make the dressing, combine all ingredients, simmer until boiling and thickening, remove from stove.
  2. To serve, arrange rice and all side ingredients in a plate. Sprinkle the dressing on top, and mix them all up.
