Ingredients

Small-sized Shrimp
(remove shells)

Bird Chilies

Small Garlic Cloves

Shallots

Fish Sauce

Lime Juice

Sugar

Fresh Vegetables : C arrot, yard long bean, wing bean, eggplant
Boiled vegetables: young corn, sayote tips

Budget 1 recipe : 60 Baht
Cooking time : 25 minutes
 
Preparation (Serves 3)


1. In the low temperature saucepan, saute chilies, garlic, shallot until create aroma. Pound together well.

2. Roast shrimp until cooked, add in the pounded mixture, Season with fish sauce, sugar, lime sauce and mix well together, put in a bowl, serve with prepared vegetables.
