Preparation (Serves 3)
1. In the low temperature saucepan, saute chilies, garlic, shallot until create aroma. Pound together well.
2. Roast shrimp until cooked, add in the pounded mixture, Season with fish sauce, sugar, lime sauce and mix well together, put in a bowl, serve with prepared vegetables.
Healthy Tip
• Silinium in shrimp known to have the property of preventing the risk of cancer, altogether with the property in strengthen hear. Shrimp also contains vitamin B12 which is know to help with brain function.
• Vegetables contain high amount of vitamins and fiber. |
