Cooking time : 25-30 minutes | |
Preparation (Serves 5)
1. Mix together flour, sugar, salt, slowly add coconut milk and mix well, set aside.
2.
In the medium temperature saucepan, dip the prepared vegetables in the mixture. Then fry until golden brown, set aside.
3. Use the same method with the fish until golden brown and drian the oil.
4. Serve with mayonnaise or tomato ketchup.
