Ingredients

Cooked Jasmine Rice

Shrimp (shelled and cut along the back)

Carrots (Cubed)

Broccoli
(Cut to Small Pieces)

Ketchup

Thin Soy Sauce

Vegetable Oil

Eggs (Lightly Beaten)

All Purpose Flour

Breadcrumbs

Cooking time : 30 minutes

Preparation (Serves 2)


1. Coat shrimp with flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, set aside.

2. Heat oil in a medium temperature pan. Fry shrimp until golden brown, drain the oil.

3. Reduce the amount of oil to about 2 tbsp, stir fry carrots and broccoli until cooked. Add rice, soy sauce and ketchup.

4. Serve with shrimp on the side.
