Preparation (Serves 2)
1. Coat shrimp with flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs,
set aside.
2. Heat oil in a medium temperature pan. Fry shrimp
until golden brown, drain the oil.
3. Reduce the amount of oil to about 2 tbsp, stir fry
carrots and broccoli until cooked. Add rice, soy
sauce and ketchup.
4. Serve with shrimp on the side.

• Kids usually love deep fried foods which can cause obesity.
