Preparation (Serves 1)
1. Marinade pork with salt, pepper, olive oil and soy sauce.
Wrap in tin foil and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
2. Cut apple horizontally in half, arrange in a plate with squash,
put in a baking pan. Mix butter and honey together, pour on
top of apple & squash and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Bring the broth to a boil, add gravy mix. Remove from stove.
4. To serve, slice the pork into thin pieces, arrange on a plate
along with apple, squash, and green beans. Top with gravy.
