Preparation (Serves 1)
1. Marinade salmon with salt and pepper, 1/2 tsp each,
1 tbsp of olive oil and orange juice.
2. Heat the remaining olive oil in a medium temperature
skillet. Fry salmon until golden brown. Move to a plate.
3. Mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic,
remaining salt and pepper.
4. To serve, place caviar on top of salmon and place on
arranged vegetables. Top with vinaigrette.
