Preparation (Serves 4)
1. Mix together biscuit crumbs, sugar and butter, transfer to a mold,
put in refrigerator.
2. Whip cream cheese until it rises, add condensed milk and lemon
juice, put in the biscuit mold.
3. Peel kiwis and thinly slice. Arrange on the cream cheese mold.
Put in refrigerator before serving.

• Kiwis contain twice as much vitamin C as oranges. Vitamin C
