Preparation (Serves 2)
1. Marinate chicken with yoghurt, salt and pepper for 15 minutes. In medium temperature grill pan, brush the grill with oil and grill chicken on both sides until cooked.
2. Arrange vegetables on a plate and place grilled chicken. For the dressing, mix together lime juice, orange juice and sugar, then add fruits and mix well and dress on chicken. Garnish with mint leaves.
Healthy Tip
For fruit salad, it is recommended to choose sour fruits like berries. You can also discard meat and mix yogurt with fruit salad for a hearty vegetarian meal. |
