Preparation (Serves 2)
1. Thoroughly wash fish and filet. Cut coriander into fish filet length pieces.
2. Place coriander on the skin side, tightly roll fish and fasten with toothpicks and arrange on a plate for steaming.
3. Mix together peppers, garlic, lime juice, salt and sugar, then pour on the prepared fish. Bring to steam until cooked. Finally, arrange on the plate and decorate with sliced limes.
Healthy Tip
For this recipe, it is recommended to use sea fish because they’re low in fat and easy to digest. Moreover, they are great source of Omega-3, the healthy fatty acid. |
