Preparation (Serves 4)
1. Mix together cabbage, green onion, carrots, ham, shrimp, then add flour, egg and salt, mix well together.
2. In medium temperature saucepan, pour little amount of oil, drop 2 tbsp of the mixture, fry both sides until cooked. Then dress with 1 tbsp of tonkutsu sauce on each pizza before removing from the pan. When the sauce is warm, move to the plate and dress with mayonnaise, sprinkle with seaweed. Serve.
