Preparation (Serves 3)
1. In medium temperature saucepan, heat the oil and fry garlic until it creates aroma. Quickly add bell peppers and stir fry until mixed together.
2. Add stock, oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning sauce, black pepper, stir fry until mix together. Then, add egg tofu and mix well, serve.
