Preparation (Serves 2)
1. Rinse the rice and pour off water once, then pour in water and boil the rice. Rinse rice once and cook.
2. Mix together the flour, cumin powder, garlic and salt, and mix the mackerel together then mix with mackerel.
3. In medium temperature saucepan, place the mackerel and fry until golden brown. Drain the oil.
4. Mix the Tabasco, tomato ketchup and butter in the medium temperature saucepan (if the mixture is concentrated too thick, pour in add ¼ cup of water), grind simmer and stir for a minute, and place the fried mackere l and mix well together, set aside.
5. To serve, place the rice on the plate, add the prepared rice and fried mackerel on a plate, and serve with vegetables.
