Preparation (Serves 2)
1. Marinade the grouper with paprika, 1 tbsp of olive oil, half portion of spring onions, salt and pepper (1/4 tsp each) and orange juice.
In medium temperature saucepan, add olive oil, salted butter. Add shallots and fry until create aroma, add rice and fry. Season with salt, pepper, remaining spring onions and cayenne pepper, mix well together.
2. In medium-low temperature saucepan, pour little add small amount of oil, grill the marinaded grouper until golden brown. Serve with rice and Sliced lemon.
