Preparation (Serves 2)
1. Marinade the sea bass with white wine, salt and pepper, put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
2. Boil water, steam the marinated sea bass in the boiled water for 15 minutes or until cooked, set on the plate.
3. For the white wine orange sauce, fry butter with and onion until create aroma, add white wine, orange juice and sliced orange, mix together stir well. Season with salt, pepper and basil.
4. Dress the sauce on the sea bass, serve with salad vegetables.

• Marinating fish with white wine helps avoiding fishy smell and create great aroma.
• Orange contains beta sitosterol, vegetable oil that is known to help reducing the risk of the generation of tumor and lower blood cholesterol. |
