Preparation (Serves 2)
1. For wasabi sauce, mix together mayonnaise, lime juice, ginger and mirin sauce. Add halved half portion of salt and pepper and mix well together.
2. Marinade salmon with remaining salt and pepper with and oil. Fry in the medium temperature saucepan until golden brown.
3. To serve, set the rice in plate and place the fried salmon, dress with sauce and serve with baby bok choi Bok Choy.
