Preparation (Serves 2)
1. Marinade the mullet with seasoning sauce, oyster sauce (1 tbsp each) and olive oil, set aside.
2. In the medium temperature saucepan, add salted butter and 1 tbsp of garlic and fry until golden brown. Add rice and fry until create aroma, season with salt, pepper, add spring onions and fry together. Add in the mold and place in the plate.
3. In another saucepan, add a little bit of oli and fry the marinated mullet until golden. Place on the rice plate.
4. Using the same saucepan, Then add small amount of oil, add fry garlic and fry until create aroma. Add mushrooms, artichoke, tomatoes and season with seasoning sauce and oyster sauce, fry together and dress on the fried mullet.
Healthy Tip
• Mushrooms are the quick cooked vegetable and have their own delicious flavour. Don't fry too long because they'll lose the great healthy taste.
• Artichoke is known to have the properties of detoxing and relieve the irritation of intestines. |
