Preparation (Serves 1)
1. Marinade the king mackerel with lime crusted, lime juice, salt, pepper, dried thyme, mix well together. Bring to fry in medium temperature saucepan with olive oil until golden at both sides. Set aside.
2. Put garlic and carrots in the cold water until crisp.
3. Mix all ingredients of salad dressing together.
4. To serve, put garlic and carrots on the prepared mackerel, dress with dressing.
