Preparation (Serves 5)
1. Mix the gyoza sauce ingredients together in the saucepan and set aside
2. Chop the tofu and shrimp into small pieces.
3. In the medium temperature saucepan, fry garlic until create aroma, then add shrimp, tofu and vegetables, season with soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil, mix well together.
4. Wrap the stuffing with gyoza sheet, fry until golden crispy. Set in the plate with cabbage and carrot. Serve with gyoza sauce.
