Preparation (Serves 1)
1. Marinade beef with mustard, salt, pepper, olive oil and fresh rosemary. Bring to roast in medium temperature, until cook. Set in plate.
2. Slice sweet corn, carrot and garlic into 1-inch, 1/2-inch and 3-inch size consecutively. Bring to roast and add in the prepare beef plate.
3. For the sauce, add beef stock in the saucepan, season with salt and pepper. Add small amount of corn flour to make it more concentrated. Dress on the prepared beef.
