Preparation (Serves 2)
1. Trim broccoli into small pieces, bring to boil and set aside.
2. Bring salmon to cool (not frozen), thinly slice into 6 inches x 1 inch for 6 pieces and put in the refrigerator again. To make the dressing, mix together mayonnaise and yoghurt.
3. To serve, put 2 pieces of salmon on the plate, add boiled broccoli on the salmon, dress with dressing and tomato ketchup.
