Preparation (Serves 6)
1. Mix together all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, baking soda and oatmeal. Set aside.
2. Mix together milk, butter, egg, carrot, and carrot juice and pour in the prepared flour mixture, mix well together.
3. Dip up in the muffin cup for ¾ cup, sprinkle with oatmeal and bring to bake in the 150˚C oven for 15 minutes until cook and take off from the oven.
