Check Delivery Areas

Delivery within 24 hours throughout all Bangkok and Metropolitan areas, 4 Amphoes in Chonburi, 7 Amphoes in Chiang Mai, 11 Tumbons in Chiang Rai, 18 Tumbons in Khonkaen, 17 Tumbons in Phuket, 18 Tumbons in Songkhla and 7 Tumbons in Amphoe Koh Samui 16 Tumbons in Suratthani.

Please check delivery areas before placing your order.


  • Simply register with your current The 1 Card
  • If you do not have a The 1 Card, you can register for The-1-card membership.
  • Once registered you will receive a confirmation e-mail
  • Your email address will be used as username to log-in

Log in

  • Log-in to ensure you receive full privileges and product/service availability. If you don't have an account make sure you register.
  • You can save your different delivering address maximum at 5 addresses in your account.

Home Delivery

  • Same day delivery is available when you place the order within 13:00. The order that is completed after 13:00 will be delivered on the following day.
  • An email will be sent to confirm that your order has been received. Then our customer contact representative will contact you via telephone to confirm the delivery date & time.
  • Advance order: You may order up to 7 days in advance. Our customer contact representative will contact you to confirm the delivery date & time on the delivery date.

*For order that is delivered in the different day to the order date, you'll be charged the price of the order date.


  • You can browse for all the products you want on Tops Online easily by using the following methods.
  • Simply type in keyword, brands or the specific product you are looking for, such as "My Choice".
  • Browse all products by category by clicking the "All Categories" tab and navigating the drop-down menu.
  • Promotional items are displayed in the "Promotions" tab, just click here to see all the current promotional items.

Search by Brand

  • After selecting the category that you need, you may also look for a product by brand

Add to Cart

  • After you have chosen your item(s), you can specify the quantity for each item by using the + or - buttons before clicking on the shopping cart icon.
  • All your chosen item(s) will appear in your shopping cart.

My Account

  • You can manage your personal information by clicking on the button.

Wish List

  • Wish List helps you organize the products you wish to buy the next time you are shopping.
  • Simply put a product on to the wish list by clicking
  • Wish List can help you manage orders so you can be sure you haven't missed anything.

How to Check Out

  • When you have finished placing items into your cart, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right of the screen to review your order and proceed with check out.
  • Here, you can add to your order by clicking on the button, change the quantity by clicking button or remove items by clicking on the button.

  • Click on the button when you are done. You will be prompted to confirm your delivery, coupon and payment details on the next page.

Vouchers and Coupons

  • Input your voucher and coupon number, then click to add that voucher/ coupon to your order. You may use more than one voucher/ coupon if all the conditions are met.
  • Once your order has been delivered, please provide your voucher(s)/ coupon(s) to our staff.

Condition and redemption process

  • 1. Once order meets terms and conditions given, free giveaway will be redeemed and delivered along with the order.
  • 2. Shall giveaway gift temporarily runs out of stock, the gift will delivered later.
  • 3. If the giveaway campaign requires registration, the giveaway gift will be delivered after the end of the campaign.
  • 4. Central Food Retail Co., Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.


  • For your convenience, we accept payments before and at delivery as below:

    - Credit card online payment

    - Cash payment on delivery

    - Credit card payment on delivery

  • We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
  • Your online payment will not be processed until the delivery date. Tops Shop Online will submit the correct balance to your bank which corresponds the actual quantity of the items you have received.

Delivery Confirmation

  • Your latest delivery address will be set as default.
  • You may add and/or change your delivery address.
  • Please note that by changing the delivery address, the item(s) ordered may be change.

Cancel/ Return/ Change


  • You may cancel your order within 4 hours after your order has been submitted.
  • Just click cancel button in your order history.

Return/ Change

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return back to us under the following conditions.

1) Return / Change to staff during delivery.

- During delivery, if you find any item has been damaged or in unacceptable condition. You may choose to return it to our delivery staff.

2) Return it within 7 days

- You can return the goods with the same condition as you received them within 7 days from delivery date by taking the product and tax invoice/ receipt to the branch identified on the receipt.
